Campus Cards For BYU Departments
Campus Cards are available to BYU departments to make purchases at campus locations such as the BYU Store, Dining Services locations, Print & Copy Centers and other campus locations that accept Cougar Cash. Campus Cards may not be used at vending machines.
Cardholders & Department Custodians
Campus Cards may be assigned to individual cardholders, or they may also be assigned to department custodians who can check the cards out to others in their department. Purchases made with the Campus Card are reviewed and approved through Chrome River where account coding is assigned and the business purpose of the transaction is documented.
Credit Limit
Campus Cards have a monthly credit limit and are reset to a zero balance at the beginning of each month. If no limit is specified the default limit is $20,000 a month. If you need to make a permanent or temporary change to the credit limit on a Campus Card, please make the request to your controller who will then send an email to the ID Center (idcenter.byu.edu) requesting the change.
Application
To apply for a new Campus Card fill out this application and email it to idcenter@byu.edu.
