* Students with a Short-Term Loan will have a registration hold until the loan is fully paid. This hold prevents class registration and adding classes to your cart, even if your registration period is before the loan’s due date.
Tuition is due seven calendar days before the first day of class. If tuition is not paid by the due date, a hold will be placed on your account, and your classes may be dropped.
If you do not pay tuition by the Add/Drop Deadline, your classes may be dropped. If you decide not to attend a semester or term, it is your responsibility to drop all your classes. To prevent errors, make sure you drop your classes in MyMAP by the Add/Drop Deadline.
Impact on student for failing to meet deadline
A) A hold will be placed on your account, restricting your ability to register for additional classes until tuition is paid.
B) Your classes may be dropped, and your tuition charges will be reversed. You may need to reapply for admission for a future semester or term. Contact Enrollment Services for more information.
C) After the short-term loan due date, interest will accrue at a rate of 12% per annum. You will also be restricted from registering for future semesters or terms.
NOTE: Campus Accommodations, Housing, and other campus businesses may have their own deadlines, which are published on their websites and/or in their contracts. Due dates are also reflected on your online account.
