Access Requests

Student Financial Services uses two different systems. The PeopleSoft Student system, often referred to as My Financial Center or Campus Solutions, is used for student and employee charges/payments. Off-campus customer invoices use the Workday system.

Student Financials System - PeopleSoft:

Some campus employees require access to PeopleSoft Student financial systems to perform their job duties. To request access to PeopleSoft-Student, employees need to follow these steps:

1. Complete FERPA Training:

o Complete the FERPA training module.

2. Contact Your Department or College Finance Business Partner:

o Reach out to your Department or College Finance Business Partner to initiate the access request.

3. Submit a Security Access Request:

o The College Finance Business Partner will enter a Student Administration Security Access Request on your behalf.

4. Approval Process:

o The access request will be reviewed and approved by Financial Aid and Student Financials Offices before it is granted.

5. Notification:

o Once the request is approved, the Business Partner will be notified.

Off-campus receivables – Workday system:

Security in Workday is tied to the employee position. If an employee is filling an existing position no request will be needed. If changes to existing access are needed, create a Workday Help Case and select the Workday help case type “University Accountant.”

    • The off-campus invoicing process is no longer in the PeopleSoft Student system.  It is now in Workday. For issues related to billing or invoicing off-campus customers, contact:
