I understand that if my reservation is accepted, I must show up at my chosen time and date to receive the device(s). If I am more than 20 minutes late, I understand this will result in an automatic cancellation.*

Pick-up and drop-off times are between 9am to Noon and 1pm to 4pm. We are closed during the Devotional on Tuesdays at 11am to 1pm.

- This request DOES NOT GUARANTEE A RESERVATION.
- I will receive an email confirmation if the reservation is accepted.
- The ONLY permitted apps are "Square" and "Settings".
- Rentals are limited to 2 devices for a maximum of 1 week.
- Mobile CC devices are in high demand. Late Returns may result in loss of future checkout privileges.
- The sales and merchant fees from my event post on a monthly basis.
- Any lost or damaged equipment is my responsibility and I agree to cover the cost of replacement if necessary.
- I understand that if my event is Off-Campus, I must contact the tax office (801-422-7100) or taxaccountant@byu.edu.
- I agree to follow the cash handling policies of my group.
- My group agrees to follow all club related fundraising policies and procedures (if applicable) as outlined by University policy.
