To post as an actual transaction for 2019 Y-Expense transactions must be submitted and approved by all approvers by December 30, 2019 at 4:00pm. Transactions approved before January 6, 2019 at 4:00pm that represent 2019 activity will have an accrual entry made to the designated operating units for the first close. Any remaining credit card transactions that represent 2019 activity will be posted by accrual entry to default operating units for the first close.
