Some campus employees require access to PeopleSoft financial systems to perform their job duties. In order to request access to PeopleSoft, employees need to do the following:
Complete the FERPA training in the Training LMS system.
Contact your Department or College Controller.
They will enter a Student Administration Security Access Request.
The access request will go through Financial Aid and then Student Finance approvals before it is actually granted. When the request has been completed, the Controller will be notified.
