Y-Marketplace Orders (Non-Catalog Vendor) for 2019 Encumbrances

Y-Marketplace Orders for Non-Catalog Vendors must be submitted in the system by December 20, 2019 and the department approver must approve the order after it is sourced by Purchasing no later than December 30, 2019 for the encumbrance to be recorded for 2019.
