If, after the December second close, you find adjustments over $10,000, each college/division should summarize these adjustments and submit a consolidated list to be received by their Financial Services accountant by January 24th. These will be evaluated in light of overall University materiality and may or may not be posted. Items less than $10,000 should be processed as 2020 correcting journal entry transactions.
