Deadline Dec. 1st Close Edited & Validated Spreadsheet JEs

Please be mindful of the last-minute affect your entries may have on other areas of the University and communicate with them before posting your entries. Remember there will be a "second close" for December and year-end reporting. This is intended to eliminate the need for campus post close adjustments, "PCA's", which result in changes to the December reports and the final year-end reports available after our audit. Entries for 2nd Close (Jan 14) affecting other areas must be communicated to those areas. You will need to review your first close reports closely so any necessary adjustments can be recorded in the second close.
