Some have called saying that they cannot open the Excel spreadsheets in Excel, instead, when you click open, it opens the spreadsheet in a modified Excel inside your browser. Here is the fix:
- Go to your desktop
- RIGHT click on start
- Click on Explore
- Click on Tools
- Click on Folder Options
- Click on File Types
- Scroll down and click on XLS Microsoft Excel Worksheet (so it is highlighted)
- Click on Advanced
- If there is a check mark on Browse in same window, click to remove the check mark
- Click OK
- Click Close
You will have to close your browser and start it again for the changes to take effect.
