1. Does the department have a BYU Department Card (Signature Card) used to purchase food at Dining Services locations? If yes, consider the following:
   • The monthly report provided by the Signature Card Office is being completed with the names of participants and an explanation of the business purpose.
   • The documentation is complete and the explanation of the business purpose appears reasonable.
